AUSTRALIA Delivery


We provide Free delivery on all orders in Australia

We care about the environment, which is why we only send information about our deliveries electronically, rather than in paper form. All information about your order will be sent by email.

We pack and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. All orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped out within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. As soon as orders have left our warehouse they are out of our control and are in the trusting hands of Australia Post. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your tracking number from us but updates from Australia Post too. 

​Please note that Spyderwear will not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by your local postal service. Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with Australia Post. 

 

Incorrect addresses and service disruptions:  

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time and to the right address, Spyderwear cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions and including incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Authority To Leave/Signature Release:

 This gives the delivery driver the authority to leave your package on the property if or when nobody is there to receive it. This means a signature is not required upon delivery. Once delivery is completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer. Spyderwear is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen unless during transit. We advise you to select "Signature Required" if there is nowhere safe to leave a parcel.
